Rob Siefker grew up in Colorado. He has a BA in history from the University of Santa Clara. Maura Sullivan grew up in the Bay Area and has a BA in anthropology from Sonoma State University. They both started at Zappos.com in San Francisco answering phones in the Customer Loyalty Team (CLT). They are now both CLT Managers and have helped grow the call center from 30 to 400 team members in the last five years.
