David Bradshaw is Vice President (Head) of Sales and Service, overseeing the Regional Cafes across Canada and the Lending/Savings Call Centers at ING DIRECT Canada.

From 2007-2008, Bradshaw served as Vice President, Service Delivery at Echo Marketing Solutions where he was responsible for leading the Contact Center, Client Services and Sales planning. From 2004-2007, Bradshaw held the position of Director, Sales and Service at ING DIRECT Canada. He was involved in leading the retail locations and distribution partner network while retaining leadership of the contact centre. Prior, David held sales and service management positions with organizations such as Xerox, Dunn & Bradstreet and Pitney Bowes.

Bradshaw has over 19 years call center leadership experience, and has a track record for exceeding sales and service targets, while maintaining high employee engagement.
