Why does Southwest practice age discrimination on special offers to individuals older than 72, who are frequent and repeat customers? I received a card saying I had been "selected to receive 2 ROUND TRIP AIRFARES to anywhere Southwest flies" if I called to RSVP within 48 hours. We were disqualified because I am 73 and my husband is 74. That is no way to make and keep friends!!! Sue D Rosenzweig

I know we have some Southwest Airlines readers on here...anyone want to respond? To the asker, while we are glad to see engagement on our Q&A forum, note that reaching out directly to Southwest cusotmer service might be the best way to deal with this specific issue.
